Which MoBo for DD3 Intel Core2Quad Q6600 2.40Ghz Processor

Hi,

I am going to upgrade my PC, but going to retain my processor. basically I am going to change my MoBo (Mother board) and RAM, alongwith cabinate, SMPS, and CPU Cooler Fan.

Could you please suggest me which Mother board should I go for. My Processor details is given below, but before that I would like to add here that I want a MoBo that support DDR3, so that i cna switch to i7 processor, if and when I have enough spare cash.

Please tell me the price of MoBo you suggest as well. Thanks.

Going to buy:

DDR3 RAM:
Gskill Ripjaws 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1333Mhz

or Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1333MHz

CPU Cooler Fan:
Cooler Master Hyper N520 CPU Cooler or N630

CPU Cabinet
Cooler Master Elite 310 Cabinet with side window

Cooler Master Elite 342 Cabinet

Please suggest which Mother Board should I buy?

if I can get a MoBo with SPID/F (optical out) sound oirt then i will great

I have my doubts about plugging an I7 into a 775 mobo.
