I tried looking around on Google, but there were no resovled issues. Some were saying it could be a bad PSU or that there is a conflict with Micrsoft High Definition Audi Dirver.

Only grinding I've ever heard from a computer was, bad hdd( which also causes lag) stuck disk or bad dvddrive, grinding fan.
So , is the grinding actually coming from the box or just thru the speakers?
Uninstall any recent drivers and see if that helps.

I am getting really frustrated with this, I'm 99% sure it is through the speakers. I took out the HIS 4670 and went with the stock video card and it was still doing it, so I thought maybe it might have something to do with the power supply so I switched it back to the 150w one. The lag and noise still continues to happen I don't know what to do at this point. Everything is like it was when I got the computer. Could I have a virus/malware or something of that sort, or maybe it is the HDD.

Personally I would power down and take off the side of the case, unplug the speaker jack too, turn it on and DON'T TOUCH NOTHING. but now it should be obvious where the grinding is emanating from.

It is definitely coming through the speakers. I ran a registry cleaner and malyware bytes and it seems to work fine up until 10 minutes ago when I had Avatar playing and it began to make the noise through the speaker as it lagged bit on screen. I then launched a game it it began to have some minor lag issues, and it's not an online game.

So have you tried uninstalling the drivers for video and audio to see if it helps ? Remember to reboot. If it goes away obviously reinstall the video and audio drivers.

I think I going to exchange/return it or might just build me a computer.
These seem like some pretty decent deals, that out beat this Dell I have for around the same price give or take $100. What do you think?

Try http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/ to update the chipset drivers. The video sounds like the computer i/o hit a bottleneck and the audio sounds exactly like what would happen in that case.
Between the intel drivers for the chipset and possible malware this is all I can offer.
Try Grif's advice at http://forums.cnet.com/7726-6132_102-5098912.html?tag=posts;msg5099421
Finally, you are pushing your luck with that many tabs on a bleeding edge web browser. Someone may write the machine isn't up to the task.
